Christopher M. Swartz has been Secretary and a Director of Sobik's International Franchising, Inc. since December 2001. As a Director, Mr. Swartz is also Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Ultimate Franchise Systems, Inc. and has held each position for more than five years. Mr. Swartz is on the Board of Directors of the Florida Restaurant Association.

Daniel R. Patterson

Mr. Patterson has served as President of SBIK (and its predecessor, SBK Franchise Systems, Inc.), a subsidiary of UFSY, since January, 1999. He served as Vice President of Corporate Development for Jreck Subs Group Inc. from June 1997 - January 1999. From January 1993 until June 1997, he was Service and Transportation Representative for Landstar Ranger in Watertown, New York.

James Emerson

James Emerson has been Director of Marketing for Quality Restaurant Ventues since February of 2003. He had been with Sobik's Subs in various marketing and supervisory positions since January of 1995. He also has experience as a marketing manager with Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken. Mr. Emerson is a life-long resident of Central Florida and a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in journalism.
